About this class

Fight training that combines elements from Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Wrestling with a focus on personal protection and self-defense in a real world, weapons based environment. Our curriculum includes: Home invasion, CQB, Active Shooter Response, multiple attacker response, general weapons knowledge, and situational awareness. This is a members-only class, and a background check is required prior to participating in the class. No prior experience is necessary.
