Our Team
Corey Wingo
Owner | Lead Instructor
Corey's Martial Arts journey started in 2006 when he joined his high-school wrestling team and continued through college when he was introduced to MMA through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai, and Boxing.
He studied Combatives under multiple talented instructors, eventually turning into teaching opportunities both domestic and international. His vast experience in MMA, Combatives, and his passion to serve led him to his current role in serving Lake County, FL as a SWAT Operator & K9 Handler, as well as the owner of Dunamis MMA and Combatives.
Corey’s main goal is to share his knowledge with the community. He understands that good character begins at an early age, so he focuses on building lasting skills and foundations for the youth. His ultimate desire is to create champions on, but mainly off the mats.
