Join us and bring a friend! This 2 hour seminar will introduce you to the fundamentals and application of self-defense. We will cover subjects such as awareness, basic blocks, defensive postures, distance management, and improvised weapons. This course is intended to provide you with the basic knowledge necessary to avoid an unwanted situation, and introduce you to real-life applications of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self defense.
