About this class

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is known as one of the most practical martial arts for self defense. Our curriculum motivates kids to work on their hand-eye coordination, listening skills, ability to follow instruction, and it encourages them to pursue a healthy life-style. Jiu-Jitsu is made of a series of movements and techniques that, over time and with consistency, will render incredible results in the student's fitness and overall attitude. Our class size is kept small for quality instruction and safety, and our instructors are equipped to teach movements and drills that will enhance your child's gross motor skills and coordination. This class is held at Rafiki Classical Academy in Eustis FL and is meant for enrolled RCA students only.
